In 1972 , BSG's founding year, Mr.Bahadir Bostanci in collaboration with several insurance companies founded Kasko A.S.. to regulate control damages and to assess softages. Eventhough Kasko A.S.. became the largest - 4000m2 closed space- automobile service station containing 50 basses in 4 centers; as the sector grew it's shares were sold to other partners.

PRIVA A.S. was founded by Mr.Bahadir Bostanci in partnership with Barklays de Zoete Wedd , CL , and Bupa to serve to the privatization sector as a consulting firm. The company participated in projects such as Turkish Central Bank's database construction, Sumer Bank's privatization works and many more. It's shares were sold to the other partners.

In 1992 , while ITS was establishing it's place within the Communication Sector, our founder Mr.Bahadir Bostanci has managed and created a partnership company named Foreks Information Communication (pager devices and financial information communication via TV VBI lines). Within the following years, Foreks has established a fast growth and took over 65% of the financial information communication sector. Foreks' shares were transferred to it's other partners in 1998

In 1993 , with ITS's initiative, major banks such as AKBANK, DISBANK and Pamukbank started applying IVR systems to serve the growing sector of ‘ Branch-free Banking' . Within the following years, many companies and establishments started applying IVR systems to improve their customer services

In 1995 , again within ITS Company, a Call Center began to give service to many Turkish populations living in Netherlands , Germany and UK . The current Call Center has reached over a 100 operator personnel. The Call Center is providing services in German, English and Arabic locally and Internationally.

In 1995 , ITS has entered into Teletext Systems sector in collaboration with BBC by establishing the Teletext System of Kanal D . ITS introduced the system to an unfamiliar population with Teletext. Today, a mass population is using the system and also with the growth of content services, DText is one of the highest used Teletext within Turkey

In 1996 after Foreks's successful development, Mr.Bahadir Bostanci has founded Turkey 's first news Radio ‘ Radio Foreks ' in collaboration with BBC and Dogus Holding A.S.. After it's success it was sold to Kanal D TV in 1998.

In 1999 , ITS took the teletext system to the next level by switching from analogue to digital broadcast. Within the following years, the family members of Teletext System has expanded: in 2003 Number One TV and in 2004 TGRT Channel joined the system.
